If you are already bored from eating Avocados in your savoury dishes. This recipe will allow you to use them not only as a sweet dish, but also as an Ice-Cream.

Ingredients; 

3 Ripe Avocados - 1/4 Cup honey or maple syrup  - 1/2 Cup regular milk or any kind vegan milk (if you want it a vegan recipe) - 100g Dark chocolate  - 1 Tbsp Coconut oil - 1 Tsp Vanilla - Pinch of salt.

Method; 

Melt the chocolate on a small flame with 'bain marie' method. Meanwhile, using a blender, blend together all ingredients (exept chocolate) until fully smooth. Then add the melted chocolate, and blend again. Pour the mixture in your desired cups, and refrigerate at least 2 hours to well cool before serving. Finally, garnish with Mohamedy flowers.

For the Ice-cream, same steps will be done. Then transfer the mixture to an ice-cream box, garnish with crushed biscuits and/or crushed pistachios, and let freeze well in the freezer before serving.
