Crepe
Crepe
A simple impressive, fancy dessert to present to your guests, and won't take much time or effort from you. Prepare the dish as one big, large crepe that your guests can share; Or serve it as individual serving in the dessert plates. In both ways, prepare ahead for hassle free, and let in the fridge until serving time.
Crepe Ingredients,;
1,1/2 Cup Milk - 1 Cup Flour - 1 Egg
Fruits;
Kiwis, Strawberries, or/and Banana. Whipping cream.
Presentation;
Crushed Pistachios
Method;
First prepare the Whipping cream, wheather its fresh Whipping cream or powder one (i prefer the powder for its thickness, and stayes longer without ruining), and let in the fridge to well cool and forms. In the blender, add all the the crepe ingredients, and blend well untill fully smooth. If you still find little lumps in the batter, sieve it through a smooth sieve. In a crepe pan or an egg pan add 1tsp of butter, vegetable oil, or coconut oil (for extra flavour), and pour a little of the mixture to form a thin crepe layer. When edges has browned and not sticking to the pan any more, flip the crepe upside down to brown the other side. Finish all the crepes and cover with a clean kitchen towel after each one to avoid the crepes from drying. Prepare and cut your desired fruit. In the serving dish, put one crepe, then using a piping bag draw a round circle of whipping cream. Put your desired fruit facing outside. Gently add another crepe, followed by the Whipping cream, and the fruit, and repeat for 3 or 4 crepe layers. Finish up with a little pyramide of Whipping cream topped with a piece of fruit. Finally, garnish with crushed pistachios, and set in the fridge to well cool.
