Seafood Noodles Soup
like noodles, lets make a fast easy seafood noodle soup
Ingredients :
1 Tbsp butter - 4 Mastic Cloves - 5 Onion Springs - 1 slice of Red Cabbage cut into thin slices - 1 red or yellow colour pepper cut into thin slices - 3 Garlic cloves - 1 Tbsp size ginger, shredded - 1 Tsp Salt - 1/2 Tsp Pepper - 1 Tsp seefood spices - 1/2 Tsp ground cardemom - 1/2 Tsp ground cloves - 900 g Seafood mix - 1 Pack of egg noodles - About 1 litre water or stock - Seaweed, couple of ones.
Method:
In a shallow pan, add the spring onions with the butter along with the mastic, cabbage, and colour pepper. Lightly stir, then add the garlic and ginger. Season and spice the vegetables, stir well and add the seafood mix. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes to release the juice and the flavourings of the fish and the vegetables. Add the noodles and the stock or water, and cover to allow the steam to softens the noodles. Stir it well when it looks soft, and add extra stock if needed to measure the soup consistancy. Check the tenderness of the noodles to know if the soup is ready. Finally, cut the seaweed into slices, then into small pieces. Stire it and its ready to serve. Enjoy it hot besides white rice, or a piece of bread.
