If you feel like bored of red sauce vegetables, go for making stews. Its Light like a soup, but still fills up the feel of hunger. Have it with cooked Vermicelli or white rice, I would consider it a full meal.

Ingredients 

2 Tbsp Butter and 4 Tbsp olive oil - 6-8 Spring onions, sliced  - 800 g Seafood mix  - 400 g Mussels  - 1 Tsp Cumin seeds  - Bay leave - 1 Cinnamon stick - 2 Dried lemons - 1 Tsp Salt - 1/2 Tsp Pepper - 1 Litre tomato puree (sauce) - Broth - Celery leaves foe garnish. 

Method: 

In a shallow pan over medium heat, add the oil with the butter, then the onions along with the cumin, and stir until it becomes translucent. Add the seafood mix with the bay leave, cinnamon and dried lemons and stir to combine. Add on the mussels, tomato sauce and season. Follow up with some broth to adjust the consistency, and simmer for 5-10 minutes. lastly, add the celery leaves for a final garnish.  

Serve it hot with white rice or vermicelli.
