⚠️ In the vedio I made a mistake and said sour cream instead of cream cheese, sorry for that.

Unexpectedly, cream cheese surprised me ! It was my first time cooking with it. The Constancy is just right, not too thick, nor too light. With the ingredients flavours, this dish is a restaurant style professional one.

 Ingredients: 

2 Tbsp Natural Butter  /  500g Fresh Mushroom  /  Strings of Fresh Thyme  /  1 Kilo Chicken Tawook  /  100g Cherry Tomatoes  /  Bay Leaves  /  1 Tbsp Chicken spices  /  Pinch of Nutmeg  /  1 Tsp Salt  /  1/2 Tsp Pepper  /  250g Cream Cheese.

 Method :

In a medium pan over medium heat, lightly fry the mushrooms with butter, thyme, and black pepper until light golden. Add the Tawook along with the bay leave and the spices, and stir to combine. Add on the cherry tomatoes with the cream cheese, and stir until the cheese dissolves.

Cover and simmer to complete the chicken cooking process.

Garnish with fresh thyme, and serve hot with white rice.
