Tired from frequent grocery shopping & sad that your fresh herbs have wilted in the fridge. Grab your blender, and let's make from these ingredients a tasty flavouring cubes you can certainly use in your everyday meals for a distinctive taste, and rely on when having some missing ingredients in preparing your dish.

Ingredients are: 

1 tomatoe & another if needed
A small handful of garlic (10-12 cloves)
Tbsp size fresh ginger peeled and cut into small pieces
2 tbsp dried coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 carrot grated
1 cup fresh cilantro roughly chopped
1 cup fresh Parsley roughly chopped
1 cup fresh celery roughly chopped
1 cup fresh mint roughly chopped
1 cup fresh basil
Leaves of 2 rosemary sticks

Method :
In the blender, add the ingredients in the same order and finely blend after each addition, making sure to stir the ingredients well. If you found the mixture thick, you can add the other tomatoe, I used one in the beginning and added one by the end to help combine the mixture. Transfer the mixture into an ice cube tray and store it in your freezer.

Use with :
1) Meat, poultry, and/or fish dishes.
2) With vegetable dishes, and just season & add olive oil.
3) With pasta dishes, then add the red or white sauce & season. Or just dissolve few cubes over low heat in some olive oil & add it to the hot pasta with grated parmesan on top.
4) Add few cubes with the boiling water when making meat, chichen, or fish broth.
5) Simply add it to any dish you're preparing after softening the onions to elevate the dish flavouring
