Its a yummy delicious recipe that would encourage you to eat apricots. Apricots are full of potassium and other important vitamins. The combination in taste between the bitterness of apricots, and the sweetness of honey is just overwhelming.
Ingredients;
300 g apricots - Cinnamon stick - 2 Star anis - 4 Cardamom cloves - Pinch of caraway seeds - 1/3 Cup honey - Juice of half a lemon.
Method;
In a pan, set on medium heat, add the apricots followed by all the ingredients and stir untill the apricots has fully softened, and the juice has evaporated and thickened. Remove the star anis, and cinnamon stick. Add the lemon juice, and stir. Transfer the mixture to an air tight container if available, or a regular glass jar, and try to use frequently.
