A Broccoli Soup like you have never tasted before, With new ingredients and a tasty rich taste. 

Ingredients: 

3 Tbsp natural butter - 2 Large Onions, diced - 2 Garlic Cloves - 1 piece Tsp size ginger - Bay leaves  - 1 Tsp cumin seeds  - 1/2 Tsp ground cardemom  - A pinch of nutmeg  - A couple strings of fresh thyme  - 2 Rosemary sticks  - 1 Broccoli floret  - 2 Fresh celery strings  - A Bunch of fresh coriander - 1 Tsp Salt - 1/2 Tsp Pepper - 1 Litre boiling water or hot broth - 1 Tbsp Fresh cream - 1 Tbsp size parmesan cheese 

For Garnish;  Coconut cream , Shredded Parmesan cheese,  Fried pine nuts 

Method: 

In a shallow pan, add the onions and stir until translucent. Add all the ingredients except the water or broth. Cover and simmer until the broccoli has become tender when you insert a sharp knife in its stem. Add the boiling water or the broth, and cover until the broccoli has become so lean that it breaks down and can easily be mashed with a fork. Blend the soup in the blender, or by using a soup hand blender. Add the fresh cream and the parmesan cheese. Lightly stir until the cream and cheese dissolves. Adjust the thickness acoording to your taste by slowly adding more water or broth. Finally, using a spoon, slowly drop some drops of coconut cream, and sprinkle the shredded parmesan with adding the fried pine nuts with its ghee. 

NOTE , you can garnish the soup in the serving soup pot and keep aside the shredded parmesan, pine nuts, and croutons if you like. Or serve the soup in bowls and garnish them to be ready for quick serving.
