Brownies

Who doesn't love Brownies, or even tried doing it. I can assure you this is one of the very successful recipe you can try.

You will need :

175 g Melted butter - 1/2 Cup honey / sugar - 1 Tsp vanilla  - 3 Eggs - 125 g Plain flour - 1 Tsp Baking powder - 50 g Cocoa  - 175 g Walnuts, chopped. 

Method: 

Preheat the oven to 180*c

In a mixing bowl, add the butter, honey, and vanilla and mix well. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing after each adition. Sift the flour, cocoa, and baking powder, and add it gradually to the butter mixture. Finally, add the chopping walnuts, and mix well. Transfer to an oven tin lined with parchment paper and bake for 40 minutes until lightly risen, and the top has formed a crust. Let cool completely before cutting, and serve besides a cup of you favourite tea or coffee.
