Warm mornings, cold nights. A cup of tea and a home made sugarfree biscuit. Cozy and relaxing, try it and enjoy. 

Ingredients: 

1 Tbsp Caraway seeds or Lavander seeds - 350g Butter, cubed and softened - 1/2 Cup honey - 350g All purpose flour. 

Method:

Preheat the oven to 150*c.  Prepare a 20 × 30 baking pan baselined with parchment paper.

In a bowl, put the honey, and Caraway and mix with an electric hand mixer until honey color changes to pale yellow ( around 2 minutes). Using a wooden spoon or spatula, gently fold in the flour until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a backing pan, and level up the top using a spatula. Sprinkle caraway seeds (and brown sugar if you like). Bake for an hour until edges shrink, and turns golden brown. Allow to completely cool before removing it from the pan. Put the shortbread on a cutting board, cut it into squares, and serve them in your serving dish. Enjoy with a cup of tea, and stay cozy.
