Cheese Philo Pastry

There is always a place for a Pastry beside the meal. Try this easy one, and the taste is a surprise 

Ingredients: 

1 Pack of Philo Pastry 

Mozzarella as needed

2 Tomatoes , sliced

Jalapeños, seedless and sliced

Soft, or melted Butter

1 Egg wash + 1 Tbsp melted butter

Method: 

Preheat the oven to 200*c

Brush an oven pan with soft butter. Arrange half the philo sheets brushing butter between each layer. Put the Mozzarella cheese to cover the top of the philo leaving space to the edges. Then put the tomato slices and the jalapeños. Arrange the rest of the philo sheets. Brush with the egg wash, and sprinkle dried parsley .

Transfer to a preheated oven until the cheese has melted and the top has browned.

Serve hot beside the main meal, or serve for dinner with salad.
