Three Chocolates Muffins

Bursting with chocolates for those who love the three kinds of chocolate. Truly a heavenly experience, and you can make it in a cake pan if you like instead of muffins.

Ingredients; 

75g Melted Butter - 100g Sour cream  - 50ml Milk - 2 Large eggs - 1/2 Cup honey 175g Plain flour - 2 Tbsp cocoa powder - 1 Tbsp baking powder - 75g Dark chocolate  - 75g Milk chocolate  - 50g White chocolate (you can use chocolate chips, or chocolate bars and cut it into pieces)

Method: 

Preheat the to 200 *c 

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream, milk , honey, eggs, and butter. Stir the flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Add the three kinds of chocolates and gently fold. Bake the muffins for 20 minutes. Note that the muffins has chocolate melting pieces, so if you are going to check the dough with a knife, it will show melting chocolate. Place the muffins on a dry surface to cool, and meanwhile it will continue to cook.
