Ingredients: 

650g Cold Butter Cut intio Cubes

250g Powder Sugar 

4 Eggs Room Temperature 

Vanilla, 1 Sachet or 1 Tsp 

1/4 Cup Milk at Room Temperature 

1 Kilo Sifted Flour

1 Tbsp Baking Powder

Pinch Of Salt

For the Chocolate Biscuit :

2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder 

1 Tsp Soft Butter

Method :

Preheat the oven to 180

Using the flat beater in a stand mixer. Beat the butter on medium speed until it turns soft, around 1 minute.  Add the sugar
