Its a typical Ferrero Rocher Chocolate. Try it yourself !!
Ingredients
350g Hazelnut wafer biscuit, crushed - 100g Ground Hazelnuts- 75g Ground Almonds - 50g Rice Flour - 500g Nutella - 60g Whole Hazelnuts - 500g Dark or Milk Chocolate melted.
Method;
Prepare a parchment paper on a tray. Use a sergeant gloves because the forming method will be quite messy !! In a large bowl, add the crushed wafers, ground nuts, rice flour, and nutella, and mix well. Form a small ball of the mixture around a whole hazelnut, and place it on parchment paper. When done with all the mixture, freeze the balls for at least 1 hour. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a simmering water (bain marie). After the balls has freezed well, dip them one by one in the melted chocolate, and place them on a parchment paper to set and harden. Place the chocolates on a serving dish, and enjoy.
