Makes around 12 cheese cups

Ingredients; 

1, 1/2 cup crushed digestive biscuit  - 6 tbsp melted butter - Pinch of cinnamon - Pinch of cardamom - 400g cream cheese or your desired Philadilphia cheese flavour  - 2 eggs - 1 tsp vanilla - Black currants - Raspberries  - Blueberries. 

Method ;

Preheat the oven to 180c with fan if your oven supports one

As shown in the vedio, add the melted butter to the crushed biscuits along with the cinnamon and cardamom, and stir well to combine. Press the base well in the cupcake tray to hold its form. In a bowl, blend the cheese to loosen its form, then add the eggs one at a time followed by the vanilla. Finally add some berries to the cheese and lightly stir with a spoon. Add the cheese mixture to the base and bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden. Garnish with rest of the blueberries, and the raspberries and add some mint or basil leaves.
