Mixed Seafood Soup

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp 100% natural Butter, or slow saturation butter - 1 Tbsp size ginger, grated - 8 Garlic cloves , grated - 2 celery sticks - 4 Mastic cloves - Pinch of nutmeg - 1/4 Tsp ground cardemom - 1 Tsp seafood spices - 1/ 2 Tsp ground cumin - Pinch of ground cardemom - 1 Cinnamon stick - Bay leave - 2 Dried lemon - 2 Star annis.
Method:
In a shallow pan over medium heat, add the butter with the mastic, followed by the spices, flavourings, and the grated garlic and ginger with the celery sticks without the leaves. Stir to bring the aroma, then add the seafood mix. Season, and add the boiling water or fish broth if you have for a better flavour. Cover and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Finally, add the celery leaves, and serve hot with bread or with white rice.
