The original pure taste of mushroom sauce with no unneeded addition. Its exquisite smell fills the house to announce that a tasty meal is coming up.

Ingredients :
1 kilo Cubed Meat 
1 Tbsp Butter
500g fresh mushrooms
1 Tbsp Meat spices
1/2 Tsp Ground Cardemom
A Pinch of Nutmeg
1 Tsp Salt  /  1/2 Tsp Pepper

Method :
In a medium pan over medium heat, lightly fry the mushrooms with butter and a sprinkle of pepper until golden, then remove some for garnish. Add boiling water to the pan to just cover the mushrooms and simmer until the mushrooms turns soft and tender You will know by testing the mushrooms with the tip of a sharp knife and feeling it so soft. 

Transfer the mushrooms to a bowl, and beat using a hand blender, or beat in your regular blender until it becomes smooth, and set aside.

In the same pan, fry the meat with a Tbsp of ghee, and add the spices followed by the sauce. Add a little amount of boiling water, about 1/4 cup or less, to the meat. Return back the mushrooms you set aside for garnish, cover and simmer.

Every 10 minutes check on it to see if more water is needed to adjust the thickness of the sauce, and test the tenderness of the meat according to your taste.

Serve hot with white rice.
