Ingredients,
1 Package of squared puff pastry - Around 6 pears - Natural Honey - 1 Beaton egg - powder sugar (optional).
Method;
Preheat the oven to 200*c
Allow the Puff Pastry to cool and defrost before using to be easy to fold close. Cut the pear into half after pealing it. Remove the seeds part in a circular shape, and cut half the pear into thine slices without changing its shape. On an oven tray, arrange the pear on top of the puff pastry sheet, and repeat the same process with the rest of the puff pastries. Brush the edges with the egg wash, and insert it to a preheated oven until it golden brown. Let cool, then brush the edges with honey, and serve. For extra sweet flavour, sprinkle powder sugar through a small sieve,
