This basic soup is a must have in every home. It is the all time soup. With lunch is here to be a part of the meal. When sick it's here to thoze us and relief our pains. Kids love it, adults can't say no to it. It's literally the every situation soup. So lets make a good one; and you can use this same recipe a broth for soups or other recipes 

Ingredients: 

2 Litres filtered water  - 1 big onion sliced - 6 Garlic cloves - 4 Spring onions -  1 Carrot, sliced  - 1 Zucchini, sliced - 1 Tomato, sliced - 2 Celery sticks sliced - 1/2 A bunch of Parsley  or/and 1/2 A bunch of Coriander -  A Tbsp size ginger cut into small pieces  - 2 Rosemary sticks  - Couple strings of fresh thyme - 1 Tbsp whole Cardamom  - 1 Tbsp Whole cloves - 4 Star annis - 3 Dried lemons - 5 Bay leaves - Pinch of nutmeg - 1 Tsp Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp caraway seeds  - 1 Tsp Fennel seeds  - 2 cinnamon stick  - 2 Tsp  kosher salt - 1 Tsp Black pepper corns

Method: 

In a shallow pan, Add all the ingredients with the water and bring to a boil before adding meat, chicken, or fish. Then when it boils again, reduce the heat to medium low and cover the pan half way through and let simmer for at least 45 minutes to allow all the ingredients to bring out the most of its flavouring.
