Ingredients: 

1 Pack Puff Pastry, defrosted  / 1 big Tomato or a hanful of Cherry Tomatoes  / 1 Egg + Pinch of Paprika  / 1 Spring Onion Sliced / 1 Tbsp Olive oil  / 1 Tbsp Fresh Mint Leaves / White Cheese  / Pinch of salt  / Sprinkle of Fresh Pepper.

For Garnish: Sprinkle Black Seeds 

Method: 

Prepare the filling. In a medium egg pan over madium heat, put the olive oil, spring onions, fresh mint, and the tomatoes. Season and lightly stir for a minute until the tomatoes just starts to wither. Remove the pan from the heat and set aside.

Cut the Puff Pastry as shown in the vedio so that the 2 opposite sides are fully cut and the other opposite sides are not fully cut. 

In a small bowl, mix the paprika with the egg, and brush the whole pastry, then flip the two angles over each other so it overlap one another, and brush the turned over sides with the egg wash.

Put a piece of white cheese in the middle square, and arrange the tomatoes and sprinkle Black seeds on top.

If you want to bake the pastries right away, arrange them on an oven tray and insert them into a preheated oven on 200*c untill it is fully golden.

If you choose to freeze.them for later, arrange the pastries in a freezer plastic box leaving space between each one, and store in the freezer.

To reuse, set the box outside the freezer for 10 minutes, preheat the oven, then place the pastries on an oven tray and insert them to a preheated oven on 200*c until fully golden.

Serve hot besides your meal.
